Tanya Meessman founded Girl Shaped Flames to help boost the confidence of Australian girls. She spent years being everyone else’s cheerleader and ignoring her own passion. Something had to give. Tanya has mentored young women for most of her adult life and regularly met frustrated parents whose girls refused to take risks. This inspired her to help girls tackle their insecurities and claim the life they truly want and deserve.

Tanya is a mother of four (all girls!), a success, leadership, and transformational mindset coach, a bestselling author, and that’s just the start!
After years of settling for a small, inauthentic life based on other people’s expectations, Tanya broke free and started creating the life she loves based on her own values, and hasn’t looked back. She no longer believes in contorting herself, life and loved ones around the needs of business or the standards imposed by other people.
Tanya knows what confidence is all about. She knows what it takes and what it can bring. Now she’s bringing her passion to life and helping girls across the nation.
