Welcome Change Media is a content production business that provides end to end solutions in content creation, specialising in podcasts. Managing partners, Louise Poole and Andy Le Roy, combine their creative skills and experience to make content easy and deliver stand-out features that bring your brand to life.

Louise Poole
As a Content Director and popular radio host, Louise has been working with and managing brands for over twenty years.
Louise’s depth of experience ranges from regional community engagement, to content production and management in large regional and capital cities. This included helping to establish narrowcast stations in country NSW, and training new entrants to the broadcasting medium to create content relevant to their community.
Having identified ways in which digital content and social media complement traditional media channels, Louise successfully managed twin commercial radio stations to the top of the survey in Darwin, and held firm at the top of Brisbane mornings surveys for eight years.
As a broadcaster, Louise recognised and took advantage of strong and consistent brand values. As a Managing Partner of Welcome Change media, Louise is excited to share how her expertise can translate into loyalty for your brand and business.
Credentials include BA Television Production (CSU) Grad Cert. Commercial Radio Programming (AFTRS) Cert IV Radio Broadcasting (CIT) Two-time ACRA winner and five-time nominee. Louise also sat on the judging panel for the ACRA awards and has also been a member of the ARIA awards judging academy.

With over twenty years leadership experience, Andy Le Roy has worked across a range of fields including broadcasting, aged care and telecommunications.
Andy moved from hosting Darwin’s top rating drive-time radio program to managing a successful community radio station in Adelaide, helping it to expand its community appeal by leading the station to innovate its content.
As a published author, clear and consistent communication is at the heart of Andy’s work, with a creative edge that brings a unique voice to whatever he produces.
Having worked within corporate and government structures, Andy brings the capacity to identify and document processes to boost efficiency and critically evaluate performance to tweak practices for more successful outcomes.
