What’s for dinner tonight? Fifty years ago, the answer might have been quite different and in 50 years’ time, it’s likely to be just as different again.
Through an interactive and immersive experience that fuses theatre with the dining experience, Post Dining explores four possible future options based on science-based scenarios of growth, restraint, catastrophe and transformation.
How will our food change if the planet’s population continues to grow? What if an earth-changing catastrophe took place. Some of the scenarios may hit a bit close to home, but Eating Tomorrow is a safe space for you to travel into the future and see what might be on our plates, including the dinner plate.
I had a chat with Artistic Director for Post Dining, Stephanie Daughtry.
